Shipping & returns

 

Naadje Ben strives for a service-oriented approach and aims to deliver products of excellent quality. This is a core value within our company. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased, we offer you the opportunity to return it. We kindly ask you to return the item in undamaged condition and with the original price tags attached. Please note that some items may have a seal with a sticker. If this seal is broken, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept the return.

If damage occurs during the assessment of the item, or if the original price tags are removed, we reserve the right to charge you for the resulting decrease in value. You can request a return until 14 days after the receipt or collection date.

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days of receiving or collecting your order. To do this, you must complete the withdrawal form, which can be found on our website or included with your order. The items must be returned or handed over to us within this 14-day period. Your return will be considered timely if the items are returned before the 14-day period expires.

Upon receipt of your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 working days.

You are not obliged to inform us in advance of your decision to return items. You can also revoke the agreement by returning the package directly. Returns are accepted up to a maximum of 14 days after the receipt or collection date.

Exchange

We do not offer an exchange service for items. If you wish to receive a different item, such as a different size or color, you must return the original item and then place a new order. This way, you will receive the desired item as soon as possible.

Please note that we do not provide discount codes for any shipping costs that need to be incurred again.

Returning via a ... Service Point

  • Include the completed return form and attach the return label to the package.
  • Deliver the package to a service point in your area.
  • Return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Keep the receipt from the service point carefully.

Please note: You can also choose your own carrier for the return shipment. Please be aware that Naadje Ben is not liable for lost packages sent via carriers of your choice. We aim to refund within 5 working days, no later than within 14 days.

Note: Shipping costs will not be refunded for partial returns, and return costs are at your own expense. Special promotional discounts will be forfeited upon return; no replacement discounts will be granted.

Items purchased in one of our Naadje Ben stores can be returned free of charge in any Naadje Ben store within 14 days of the purchase date upon presentation of the original receipt.

We kindly ask you to only remove the price tags after you are sure that you want to keep the items. Returns are only possible if the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

No cash refunds will be provided for items paid (partially) with a gift card; instead, you will receive a new gift card.

If you received a discount and/or store credit as part of a multiple-item promotion (e.g., 3 for €99.95 or 20% off when purchasing 2 items) and you return one or more items from this promotion, your discount and/or store credit will be forfeited.

Items purchased during a sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

The following items cannot be returned:

    - Fragrances and skin care
    - Gift cards
    - Gift vouchers
    - Jewelry

    Returns of in-store purchases cannot be processed through Naadje Ben online shop.
